Q: Why is the computer telling me I have 30 days left on my trial or my trial has expired?
A: The modules you purchased are fully activated when the system is shipped. Modules that were not purchased have a 30 day trial. After 30 days, the trial will expire and you will no longer have access to them unless they are purchased.

Q: I just purchased a new module. Why is it still telling me that my trial has expired?
A: You must contact Immersion Medical for the activation code to access the module. Once our support team verifies the module(s) that you have purchased, they will need the key code that is located on the module activation screen to generate your activation code. Once they give you the activation code the module will be fully activated.
