The TouchSense Player – 2000 Series consists of:
Your choice of one of these TouchSense component formats for interfacing to your product’s main processor:
- TouchSense Player software (including Immersion-designed haptic effects) that you load onto an Immersion-specified microcontroller
- Microcontroller preloaded with TouchSense software
- A control board populated with microprocessor, TouchSense software, amplifier, and connectors

TouchSense Software Toolkit - 2000 Series
TouchSense® Software Toolkit – 2000 Series lets you insert calls to trigger haptic effects from your software applications. This kit is also included in the TouchSense Design Kit – 2000 Series.

Certified Actuators
Immersion Certified actuators have been tested for haptic performance according to Immersion’s reference use cases. These certified actuators are verified to have suitable rise times, acceleration, commutator performance, durability, and other critical parameters.
TouchSense® Design Kit — 2000 Series
The touch feedback TouchSense® Design Kit – 2000 Series for small touchscreens includes components and documentation that designers, engineers, and system integrators need for prototyping TouchSense touch feedback into an existing or sample product.
Use this design kit for:
- Technology evaluation
- Internal evaluation
- Usability testing
- Focus group testing
The kit is not a high-volume production solution. It is usually used for touchscreens, touch panels, or touch surfaces up to approximately 6 inches (diagonal).
