Haptics for >7” Touchscreens, Panels and Surfaces for Industrial Applications
Our TouchSense® 1000 design kit for large screen industrial applications provides the tools and components designers need to prototype touch feedback into an existing or sample product for technology and internal evaluation and usability testing. The kit is not intended for high volume production.
Two touch feedback kits are available:
- The 1100 Design Kit supports up to 17” inches diagonal
- The 1300 Design Kit supports 10”-24” diagonal

TouchSense Demonstrator: a 10.4” inch LCD touch monitor, the TouchSense Demonstrator provides an excellent demonstration and development tool for haptics technology. The 10.4” display is a form factor commonly found in point-of-sale, kiosk, industrial and automotive industries. The unit demonstrates the effects that can be achieved using the TouchSense Series 1000 System, particularly:
- Powerful or subtle confirmation effects
- Touch confirmation through heavy gloves or in noisy environments
- Haptic alerts and errors to inform of incorrect data entry
