Multi-actuator LRM/ERA/MFA Support for Touchscreen Mobile Devices

Designed for Mobile Devices that use multiple actuators to create haptic effects, the TouchSense 4000 Design Kit allows you to inject new life into existing mobile devices, content, and services.  Ringtones, games, alerts, messaging, alarms, and user interface features all acquire new meaning when they begin to “touch back” consumers.  When paired with a target handset connected to your PC, the toolkit empowers you to spice up existing mobile content and break new ground with future applications.

Nearly everything you need to create downloadable, user-friendly touch feedback effects is available with the free download of the TouchSense Studio.  Additional elements to the TouchSense 4000 Design Kit are available upon request from Immersion.  The TouchSense 4000 Design Kit includes:

• TouchSense Studio, a Windows-based composition tool and MIDI import utility available for free download
• API 4000 Series, an application programming interface that lets applications play and manage TouchSense effects on TouchSense-enabled phones.
• Effects Sample Pack – 4000 Series, sample touch sensations produced by TouchSense Studio.
