High Fidelity Piezo Support for Touchscreen Mobile Devices

Designed for Mobile Devices that use high fidelity piezo actuators to create haptic effects, the TouchSense 5000 Design Kit allows you to inject new life into existing mobile devices, content, and services.  A wider array of high-fidelity effects are available with the TouchSense 5000 technology for integration into games, applications and the mobile user interface.  When paired with a target handset connected to your PC, the toolkit empowers you to spice up existing mobile content and break new ground with future applications.

Nearly everything you need to create downloadable, user-friendly touch feedback effects is available with the free download of the TouchSense Studio.  Additional elements to the TouchSense 5000 Design Kit are available upon request from Immersion.  The TouchSense 5000 Design Kit includes:

• TouchSense Studio, Windows-based composition tool and MIDI import utility available for free download
• API – 5000 Series, an application programming interface that lets applications play and manage TouchSense effects on TouchSense-enabled phones.
• Effects Sample Pack – 5000 Series, sample touch sensations produced by TouchSense Studio.
