With hundreds of new mobile gaming application launched on a monthly basis, mobile game developers are hungry for any insight that will put them over the competition.

Nick Thomas, senior director and head of mobile gaming at Immersion recently wrote a contributed article for GameSauce on the “Engagement and Retention equation: Left Brain + Right Brain,” to lay out some of the issues in designing for a mobile game.
